This Fee Policy applies to training programs offered by Cognitex Career Labs (“Cognitex”, “we”, “us”). It should be read with any enrolment form, invoice or written offer you receive. If a signed offer states different terms for a specific batch, those written terms apply for that enrolment.
1. Fees are shared privately
We do not publish final program fees on the public website. Current fees depend on the program, batch schedule, and any offer valid at the time of enrolment. You can request fee details through a free consultation or by contacting us at info@cognitexcareerlabs.com / +91 90638 99609.
Any prices shown in admin tools, older materials or third-party listings are not a public quote until confirmed in writing for your enrolment.
2. What the fee typically covers
Unless your written offer says otherwise, the program fee generally covers:
- Live online training sessions for the enrolled program and batch
- Access to curriculum materials and project guidance during the course period
- Mentor / trainer support as described for that program
- Career Launch-style preparation where included (for example resume guidance, mocks) — without guaranteed job or placement claims
- Course completion certificate when eligibility criteria are met (see Certificates below)
Fees do not typically cover third-party exam or vendor certification fees (for example ServiceNow exams), hardware, personal cloud costs, or travel.
3. Payment
- Payment methods and instalment options (if any) are confirmed at enrolment
- A seat is confirmed only after the agreed advance / full payment is received and acknowledged
- Late payment may delay batch start, certificate issuance or account access
- Keep payment receipts; we may ask for them if there is a dispute
4. Offers and discounts
Referral codes, early-bird or limited offers apply only within the dates and conditions we state in writing. Offers cannot usually be combined unless we say so. Cognitex may withdraw or change unpublished offers before you pay.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Because live batches and mentoring seats are planned in advance, refunds are limited:
- Before batch start — if you cancel in writing before the batch start date we confirmed, we may allow a refund after deducting a reasonable administrative / seat-blocking charge stated in your offer, or offer a credit toward a later batch
- After batch start — fees are generally non-refundable once live sessions for your batch have begun, including if you stop attending, change career plans, or miss classes
- Cognitex postpones or cancels a batch — you may choose a later batch at no extra program fee, or a refund of amounts paid for that cancelled offering (excluding non-refundable third-party charges, if any)
- Chargebacks / disputes — contact us first so we can resolve quickly; unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension
Refund timelines depend on the payment method and bank processing. Write to info@cognitexcareerlabs.com with your name, program, batch and payment reference.
6. Transfers and deferrals
Subject to seat availability and our approval, you may request one transfer to another batch of the same program within a reasonable window we define. Transfers to a different program may require a fee adjustment. Deferrals are not automatic and must be confirmed in writing.
7. Certificates
Completion certificates are issued when you meet the program’s completion criteria (attendance, projects and any assessments we define). Certificate numbers can be verified on our Verify certificate page. Fees do not purchase a certificate without meeting those criteria.
8. No placement guarantee
Program fees pay for training, projects and career preparation support. Cognitex does not guarantee jobs, interviews, salary packages or “100% placement.” Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions and employer decisions.
9. Taxes
Applicable taxes (if any) will be shown on the invoice or payment note. You are responsible for any tax obligations that apply to you.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Fee Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Enrolments already confirmed in writing keep the fee terms of that confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise.
