  • Education & career profile — education, experience, skills, target role, preferred technology, availability and goals (for example via the consultation form)
  • Program details — course interest, batch, referral codes, and account details if you are registered as a student or staff user
  • Enquiry messages — content you submit through contact, career or employer forms
  • Certificate verification data — certificate numbers looked up publicly, and related student credentials already on record
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and approximate timestamps (typical web server / analytics logs)

We do not ask for payment card details on the public website. Fee discussions are handled privately (see our Fee Policy).

  • Recommend programs and schedule mentoring or demo classes
  • Create and manage learner / staff accounts
  • Deliver training, projects, Career Launch support and certificates

  • Improve the website, security and service quality
  • Send service-related messages (enrolment, login, password reset). Marketing messages are sent only where appropriate and you can ask us to stop

Public certificate verification shows limited details (such as name, course and issue date) for authenticity checks by recruiters. It does not expose your password or full contact details.

We keep enquiry and account records for as long as needed for training, support, certificates, legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.
